Each Starock franchise is granted an exclusive territory, meaning no other franchisee can operate or market within your assigned area. Territories are based on factors such as:

  • Drive time radius or postal code boundaries

  • Market potential for showroom traffic and installation services

We work with you during the application process to define a territory that makes sense—balancing protection with opportunity. If you’re in a high-growth area, multi-unit and expansion options are also available.

Do I need experience in construction?

No—our training program covers everything you need. Most franchisees come from sales or business backgrounds.

How big does the showroom need to be?

We recommend 1,000–1,500 sq. ft. in a visible, accessible location.

Can I offer installation services?
